Shipping Information F.A.Q.s

Within Australia:

Depending on the size of the original artwork, there are two ways it may be shipped.

If smaller than 50cm x 50cm (20” x 20”) this will be packed and shipped with Australia Post.

If your artwork is larger than 50cm x 50cm this will be transported by a professional art courier.

Paper Originals will either be shipped flat in a rigid mailer, or rolled and posted in a postage tube.

International:

Smaller artworks less than 50cm x 50cm (20” x 20”) will be packed and shipped with Australia Post.

Larger canvas artworks will be removed from the stretcher bars and the canvas will be rolled and mailed in a postage tube.

For large paintings this is a much safer way to ship canvas paintings as it helps to prevent damage to your painting and will be much more cost effective.

You are then able to have the painting restretched by your local framer upon delivery. And then its ready to be hung within your home. YAY!

A4 & A3 sized paper prints will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer.

A2 will be lovingly rolled in a postage tube and shipped.

Please note: Your beautiful new original canvas art will be removed from the stretcher bars and shipped securely rolled in a tube. Your local framer can re-stretch the canvas for you upon delivery. This is the safest method for international delivery.

This is a tough one at the moment with the current delays due to Covid19.

Within Australia, I would allow up to 7 working days for items being shipped with Australia Post. 
This would be Prints, and Small Originals (up to 50cm)

For Larger artworks which are transported with a specialist art courier, we have to work within their transport schedule between states. As a guide delivery may be anywhere from 2-6 weeks.  I will be able to advise the timing upon purchase.

Unfortunately due to COVID, deliveries between states are not happening as often as previously occurred as transport companies need to abide by travel restrictions.

Please get in touch if you have a deadline for delivery and I can find out the delivery timing prior to purchase.

International Shipping has seen significant delays recently and I am unable to provide a timeline for such deliveries. Please get in contact if you have a specific location you would like me to look into timeframes for.
